The above image can be found in the Future Transport Strategy 2056 document, released in 2018, on page 137 (linked below). It is perhaps the most thorough vision for Sydney's future metro and transit network that has been released by the government. However, do note that it is prefaced with the following disclaimer:
"The above map represents a vision for how future rail services could be operated. The concept is not committed, and its assumptions are subject to further investigation and refinement, as more detailed assessments take place."

The above image can be found in a different version of the Future Transport Strategy 2056 document, released in 2018, on page 113 (linked here). It is very similar to the Source 1 image, its only difference being a line to the Northern Beaches, an extension of the metro from Liverpool to the new airport, and no mention of the Kogarah to Macquarie Park line.
The above two images can be found the South East Sydney Transport Strategy, released in 2020. The first image can be found on page 9, and the second on page 33. This document gives the most thorough indication of where locations may be located if the metro was expanded to South-East Sydney. I personally find these plans too optimistic, and doubt they will be built to their full extent by 2056, however I would certainly welcome such plans if they were to go ahead.
The 2041 date of opening for the Kogarah to Norwest line was attained from the top image; it's hard to see, but text next to Kogarah indicates this metro line will open in 2041, and the line to Macquarie Park in 2056.
