This can be confusing, but it really is fairly simple. It works as such; for example this taken from the Clem7 interchange table.
0km indicates the route starts here (always south to north, or east to west). Pacific Motorway indicates that this is where the route has an interchange.
In Entering Access, Northbound-Northbound means that, travelling Northbound on the Pacific Motorway, you can then travel Northbound onto the Clem Jones Tunnel. Southbound- None means that, travelling Southbound on the Pacific Motorway, you cannot access the Clem7.
In Exiting Access, Southbound-Southbound means that, travelling Southbound on the Clem Jones Tunnel, you can access Southbound on the Pacific Motorway. Northbound – N/A means that you cannot access the Pacific Motorway travelling Northbound on the Clem7 because the freeway only begins travelling north after the interchange.
